Engagement Growth

The purpose of the Engagement Growth Ministry is to ensure new converts and members will be able to grow spiritually as well as become active members of the congregation. This will be conveyed through a class that will provide the expectations of members:

• Worshipping God
• Fellowshipping with Others
• Sharing the Gospel

New members will be encouraged to participate by:

• Joining a Bless Group
• Joining a ministry
• Joining a Bible class

This ministry will develop and coordinate the internet presence of the congregation using various social media and software platforms to ensure members have information readily available to them to help them grow and spread the gospel. Procuring and maintaining communication systems, audio/visual equipment and alarm systems is a portion of this ministry. 

This ministry will be responsible for the administration and financial duties of the congregation to ensure we are good stewards of the blessings the Lord has provided.
